MICROINEQUITIES-tiny, unintentional, negative, messages that we give off evryday. They do harm a person's feelings. They can be things we do (like giving a dirty look or checking messages while someone is talking to us) or they can be things we don't do (like not looking someone in the eyes or not including them into our convos). This words needs to be understood and taken into consideration ecspecially by the female race. Females tend to give off those dirty looks and negative actions when they are threatened by another. Let's just be cautious.
